2.4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities conducted under your account.


3. Service Provider Usage Conditions

3.1. By accepting these Terms, you gain access to a broad customer base through advertising and promotion on the BOOKIN4ME.COM platform and app. You are responsible for attracting customers through competitive pricing and offers equal to or lower than those published elsewhere, ideally including special discounts without additional fees.

3.2. You must provide high-quality service that meets or exceeds recognized national standards to ensure customer satisfaction. You are fully responsible for any service deficiencies and must compensate customers for poor service.

3.3. You must maintain quality standards in line with the services offered at your establishments and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All rights related to the BOOKIN4ME.COM platform (including technology, content, trademarks, design, and interface) are owned by RUIA WATNY PORTAL. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose in compliance with these Terms.

4.2. You are not permitted to monitor, copy, extract, track, download, reproduce, or use any content from BOOKIN4ME.COM for commercial purposes without written authorization from RUIA WATNY PORTAL.

4.3. The platform monitors all visits and may block any person or system suspected of:

5.2. Upon agreeing to these Terms, the platform will create a control panel account for you to manage your data and services.

5.3. The BOOKIN4ME.COM team reserves the right to refuse or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or contain misleading or false content without prior notice.


6. Price Parity Policy

6.1. Service providers must maintain price parity, offering the same or better prices, room types, dates, and amenities as provided elsewhere.

6.2. This ensures competitive pricing and fair conditions for customers booking through BOOKIN4ME.COM.

6.3. The platform may offer incentives or discounts at its own expense on behalf of guests.

6.4. Providers must offer equal access to all room types and availability throughout their subscription period, regardless of demand fluctuations or events.

6.5. Prices may vary by region according to the price parity policy.


7. Payment Methods and Service Fees

7.1. The BOOKIN4ME.COM platform specifies available payment methods, whether direct payment through the platform or through the service provider, depending on payment facilitation policies.

7.2. The platform charges a commission for each reservation made through it, calculated based on the number of nights stayed and total reservation value, including any additional fees.

7.3. Service providers must notify BOOKIN4ME.COM within 48 hours of any fee waivers, cancellations, or invalid payment methods after the guest’s scheduled check-out date.

7.4. All prices displayed on the platform include applicable taxes.

7.5. If payments are processed via BOOKIN4ME.COM, the platform collects the payment, deducts its agreed commission, and transfers the remaining amount to the provider.

7.6. Monthly reconciliation of booking statements between BOOKIN4ME.COM and the provider is required. Payments are made by direct deposit, wire transfer, or in-person delivery with receipt acknowledgment. Once payment is completed, BOOKIN4ME.COM is deemed financially cleared.


8. Booking Cancellation Policy

8.1. Service providers must adhere to the agreed cancellation policies with guests and provide refunds when applicable.


9. Communication and Contact

9.1. Communication with BOOKIN4ME.COM for operational or notification purposes shall be through the official contact channels agreed upon (phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.).

9.2. Any changes to contact details must be communicated promptly. Similarly, if BOOKIN4ME.COM updates its communication methods, providers will be notified accordingly.


10. General Provisions

10.1. By reviewing and agreeing to the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge your commitment to resolving any disputes that may arise between you and guests/customers who made reservations through BOOKIN4ME.COM in accordance with these Terms.
